Cello with Sarah Yoon
Description
If you are interested in beginning level strings instruction, this is a great place to start. Grab a seat and learn to play the cello! Fundamentals of cello playing will be introduced through basic note reading, rhythm, and dynamics. Correct setup, posture, and bow technique will be emphasized. More experienced students will develop vibrato and phrasing. Students will be expected to practice etudes and pieces at home and must provide their own instrument. Thirty-minute lessons are recommended for our youngest beginners. Please note, only one excused absence per school year is allowed without charge. Music lessons continue through the entire year.
