Junior Collaborator
Description
Junior Collaborators (JCs) are Counselors in Training who are invited to attend Tinkering School to learn how we facilitate a transformative tinkering session and support tinkerers socially and emotionally. JCs will set their own professional growth goals with the Camp Captain, and depending on what will best serve those goals, may closely shadow a specific collaborator or float throughout various situations. Regardless, they and the Camp Captain work together to make progress on those goals. We expect JCs to expand their sense of responsibility to include others, and commit themselves to helping make camp more magical.
