OCF Mid-Atlantic & Northeast Fall Retreat
Description
OCF members, chaplains, and anyone in the military community: Come join us for a 3-day/2-night Fall weekend retreat like no other you have experienced; focusing on Faith, Fun, and Fellowship. The sessions for this retreat will focus on warm fellowship and faith conversations. We also plan to have a great of fun and fellowship as we compete in various games and take part in classic White Sulphur Springs activities.

$98/adult/night, $49/teen (ages 13-17)/night, $37/youth/night (ages 3-12), and ages 0-2 receive free meals & lodging. Conference fee of $30/registration

Food Allergy/Sensitivity Pricing
Our kitchen strives to accommodate for guests with allergies out of concern for your experience. We track on the following allergies on our meal announcement sheet: gluten, dairy, egg, nuts (all types,) soy, fish, sesame and garlic. This allergen card is located on the front credenza of our dining room for each meal.

The kitchen will also cook a special menu for those who would like to supplement the normal menu. Selecting a special menu requires and upcharge of $7.00/per person/per day. The special menus to order are egg free, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. Please indicate the family member who is purchasing a special menu on the Family Medical Form during your registration.

If you have a life-threatening allergy, we will do our best to accommodate. However, it is not our policy to completely remove all allergens from the premises, so ask that you exercise caution as you consume food that is publicly provided.

How to order a special menu:

Large Family Discount
"Hello, our family has a lot of kids and would like to save some money." WSS has got your back! Families with 5 or more children must register all their children, but will be refunded meals and lodging for all except the oldest 4 children. Refund will not appear immediately in your bill. Please contact the WSS office to manually apply discount.		$0.00
OCF Leaders Discount
This discount is 10% off a WSS stay for a OCF Area Coordinator or Local Leader. Passcode needed
