Horsemanship Camp
Description
Horsemanship camp is a week full of all things horses. Campers will have opportunities to not only ride horses but also learn the essential skills required to care for and handle them safely. Skills are taught based on skill level and can include: haltering, leading, grooming, tacking (saddling & bridling), feeding, and riding. Classes also include knowledge development and terminology. Campers will be taught about team work, patience, perseverance, love, forgiveness, emotional control and most importantly, in all their classes they will see that horses can teach them that God applies to all areas of their life.
