Comic Book Time 2 Grades 4-8 (June 23-27)
Description
9 a.m.-2 p.m. Instructor: Brendan McEachern, Middle School Teacher, SCDS Cost: $400
Campers will create their own comic book or graphic novel as they learn how to create characters, script a scene, and draw action panels with narration. Campers will work with local comic book artists and take a behind-the scenes field trip to various comic book shops in the area. Each student will receive a comic book gift pack signed by the writer and artist included in the fee. A campers may wish to take both sessions to work on a longer comic project.
