Ever wonder how to use the skills of a graffiti writer or street artist to make interesting Art? In this multimedia workshop, students will learn to create themselves as a brand to be promoted through a variety of methods and materials. Students will experiment with creating depth and dimension in different styles of handwriting and how it applies to creating vibrant and exciting interpretations of text on everything from ceramics to acrylic paintings. This week-long class will be jam packed with art-making as we explore different methods for making our own markers, inks, sketchbooks, stickers and more. Walk away with the skills to personalize your belongings as your tag makes its mark on the world.
