Get ready to travel through time in this exciting 4-day adventure with Summit Teacher Dr. Kristen Fleming! Campers will step into different periods of history and explore how people lived, worked, and solved problems in the past. Join us for a fun and educational journey filled with hands-on activities, games, and crafts that bring history to life. Campers will "time travel" through a variety of fascinating historical periods, from Ancient Egypt to the Space Race! Each day, we’ll explore different time periods, diving into the art, customs, foods, and challenges people faced. From building pyramids to launching rockets, campers will engage in reenactments, crafts, and games that make history feel like an adventure. By the end of the week, they’ll have a new appreciation for key historical milestones and understand how the past shaped the world we live in today!
