One of the strongest predictors of success in school and life is your resiliency to challenges that arise. Join us each morning for a camp designed to build mental, emotional, and physical resiliency in each student. Using the latest research-backed methods, each student will learn skills and habits to proactively increase their capacity to take on challenges and move from reactive to responsive when dealing with their own nervous systems. From meditation techniques to psychological frameworks and physical exercises, you will improve your life and mental health. Breakfast will be provided and the morning ice plunges are mandatory!
