Description
FRA is Excited to partner with Nashville's My Gym for a fun CHEERNASTICS enrichment offering after school! Cheernastics will provide our future Panther Cheerleaders with a great intorduction to cheerleading, dance, tumbling and teamwork! Cheerleaders will focus on motions, jumps, dance sequencing and learn basic tumbling skills: cartwheels, round offs, kick - overs etc. All skill - levels are welcome. My Gym has been in business for over 35 years and is passionate about teaching kids in a fun and physically engaging environment. We are looking forward to a great experience!
