Private Music Lessons Information

Thank you for supporting your student's love of music with private music instruction! The goal of the private music program is for every student to develop a lifelong appreciation for music and to develop their skills in musical performance.

Each semester of lessons includes the following:
• Twelve (12) 60-minute lessons for Upper School students
• Twelve (12) 30 or 60-minute lessons for Middle School students, or
• Twelve (12) 30-minute lessons for Lower School students

Important Information:
• Lessons are held after-school. Your teacher will be in touch to schedule your student’s lessons shortly. Students are required to provide their own instrument and to purchase music. Your teacher will provide guidance on instrumental rental and music book purchasing options.

• Lessons canceled with less than a 24-hour notification cannot be made up, except in the case of illness. Please contact your teacher directly in the event the student is unable to attend the lesson. Likewise, teachers will be in touch with parents and students directly if any lessons needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

• There are no lessons on school holidays. In the event of holidays falling on a lesson day, the lessons will continue the following week and end once the 12 lessons for the semester have been completed.

• All students have the opportunity to perform in recitals and other events on campus. Your teacher will have more information.

• One semester of 12 30-minute private music lessons: $498
• One semester of 12 60-minute private music lessons: $995
