Financial Literacy 101
Description
This camp is designed to provide campers with a basic understanding of finance and accounting as it relates to their personal lives both now and in the future. The camp will define key topics and terminology, explain complex financial concepts in simple terms, and provide practical applications for the knowledge gained. The camp will prepare students for real-world situations they will encounter and will cover topics such as budgeting, income taxes, credit score, and investments and retirement planning. Participation in this camp create a pathway to a successful financial future for all campers.
