Junior 1 Camp
Description
A wonderful, fun-filled week of camp for 8-12 year olds. Come climb our wall, ride our horses, wakeboard, paint ceramics, hold animals, play games and so much more. We look forward to seeing you this summer!

Activities
Archery
Learn to shoot an arrow, and maybe score a bull’s-eye.
Archery Tag
If you love tag and you love archery you'll love archery tag. Archery tag is a safe growing team sport that you'll love to learn. Warning...you won't want to go to your next activity!
Baking
Learn to bake with one of the best baker's we know, Dar White. Campers will learn about proper hand washing, basic kitchen safety, measuring ingredients, mixing ingredients and baking. The tentative list of items to be baked are loaves of bread, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, biscuits, and cup cakes. Yum!
Basketball
Learn the mechanics of basketball and improve your shot.
Canoes, Paddleboats, Kayaks, & Paddleboards
Paddle around our lake inlet and enjoy the beauty of nature and maybe splashing your friends.
Ceramics
Create your own ceramics piece; learn about how ceramics are made from pouring to the firing of a kiln.
Climbing Wall/Zipline/Giant Swing
Climb our new climbing wall, ride the biplane or release the giant swing for some great fun!
Crafts
Make a masterpiece to call your own or a great gift to take to some one at home.
Disc Golf
Play our beautiful 18 hole disc golf course and check-out the beauty of our camp as you play through.
Drama
Come learn how to use your skills to make stories from the bible come alive.
Free Swim
Come enjoy the refreshing blue water in our Junior Olympic Pool which includes a diving well and a water slide.
Guitar Class
Develop your skills on your own guitar or borrow one of the camps. Use these skills to help lead song services throughout the week if you would like!
Gymnastics
Learn to do basic gymnastics and acro moves with some of our camp staff.
Horsemanship
Learn about the basic of caring for a horse and enjoying riding the trails.
Mountain Bike
See if you can trek up those hills on a mt. bike and also learn about taking care of a bike.
Nature Discovery
During your week of camp you will spend time learning about the local environment and the animals that live in it. Your perspective will be changed: what does the world look like for the local animals, where do they live, what do they eat? These are a few of the many questions you will learn answers to. We will spend much of our time outside with the woods as our classroom. If you have always wondered about the animals that live in your own backyard, Nature discovery might just be for you!
RC/Super Science
This is no boring class. You'll love the crazy things you can do using science. You can also try your hand at using the RC cars, drones and boat.
Swimming Lessons
Learn to swim, improve your strokes, and enjoy the clear blue water at the pool.
Water Trampoline
Bounce around on our newest lakefront activity, the lake trampoline. Enjoy other fun attachments such as the balance log, mini blob, etc.
Waterskiing/Wakeboarding
Try cruising atop the water on a wakeboard, a pair of skis or maybe even just on your bare feet all behind one of our brand-new Master Craft boats!
