Sports & NEO Creature Bots Camp

SPORTS CAMP

Campers will learn and enjoy playing Basketball and Soccer(on alternate days) from 9am to 11am and Kung Fu from 11am to12pm daily. They will learn from accomplished coaches from various Bay Area Sports Clubs.

At ICC, the sports camp gives children an opportunity to test and learn about their own athletic skills, understand leadership as well as responsibility, teamwork, discipline, self-defense and following coach’s directions.
All of these are crucial to developing self-esteem and confidence. The various activities offered at camp enable kids to learn where their talents lie in a supportive environment.

Kindly dress the children in sports attire - sports shoes are a must. Caps and sunscreens are advised.


NEO CREATURE BOTS:

Neo Creature Bot, introduces robotics to children by creating robots inspired by animals. Students love creating and extending the robotic builds while learning about the creature in a fun class. In this course, we gently introduce concepts like gear ratio, sensors, simple machines, and programming as they build insects, dolphins, gorillas, and much more. Your child is sure to have a wild time as they build, learn, and play. The course uses LEGO bricks,
block programming using iPAD or touchscreen laptops.
Problem Solving, Teamwork and Planning
Engineering is about solving problems for a creative purpose. Students would be tasked to solve challenges at their level, which shall expose them to understanding problems, planning and executing in a team.

Device Requirements
We encourage students to bring their own touch screen tablets or iPAD or iPhone for use loaded LEGO WeDo 2.0
software. Internet connection would be needed to access the programming environment and for file uploads.

After 6:00 pm $1.00 will be charged per minute.		+ $75.00
Morning care 8:00 AM-9:00 AM
You may drop your child anytime for Morning Extended Care from 8:00am - 9:00 am at ICC Milpitas at an additional cost of $49. 		+ $49.00
