Description
NEOROBOTICS Internet of Things (IOT) CAMP Week 2 &
NeoRobotics Internet of Things (IoT) Camp
(Ages 9-16) ( 2 Weeks (10 classes)

In this course students learn fundamentals of Internet of Things. The course introduces
Python programming and then applies to simple applications towards IoT devices. IoT
devices covered would be Temperature Sensors, Relays, LEDs and tilt sensors.
KINDLY NOTE: Week 1 & Week 2 are mutually exclusive. You can choose to attend either or both.

Week 1
1. Fundamentals: Students would know concepts such as variables, expressions, how
to input and generate outputs from Python programs. Students shall use a browser
based coding environment.
2. Beyond Basics: Students would learn how to bring in modularity by using subroutines
and modules, and loops which they would use to write more complex programs and
make simple games
3. Applications: Students would learn how to develop programs,
a. Calculate basic statistics
b. Calculate areas, volumes
c. Math Homework Helper
d. Tic-Tac-Toe Game

Week 2
4. Sensing the world: Students would start using sensors like Temperature Sensors, Relay, Cameras to interface them with a Raspberry PI board. The applications would include:
1. Making a temperature humidity sensor in a room
2. Operating a Fan or Light based on temperature
3. Operating a light or fan based on camera presence
Device Requirements
We encourage students to bring their own laptops with a keyboard. We can provide kits in class for shared use. Robotic components and Raspberry PI Kits would be available for purchase on https://www.neoxrobotics.com.

DEBATE CAMP

Debate and Speech are integrated into our everyday lives - whether it takes place in everyday conversations or our logical thinking. Understanding and applying proper communication skills is extremely important for every student to master, especially when it comes to applications or interviews.
This one-week debate camp is specially crafted to introduce students to the world of debate, exploring through the works of crafting arguments, planning refutations, and taking effective notes. These skills will be put into practice through professional lectures, speaking drills,
