Junior Maine Woodscraft
Description
Campers will enjoy the true Maine wilderness and learn traditional outdoor skills in this exciting hands-on experience. Our Junior Maine Woodcraft campers begin by setting up their remote campsite on Mt. Christopher. From there they will take to the Challenge course and high ropes. The week will be spent learning and practicing traditional backcountry skills, wilderness cooking, canoe travel, hiking, axemanship, and more! There will also be plenty of time spent cooling off in and on the waters of the beautiful Bryant Pond!

The Junior Maine Woodcraft program is the first step towards becoming a Junior Maine Guide. Some campers will choose to follow the woodcraft path towards this achievement, while others simply enjoy the excitement and challenges of this wonderful program and may return to try something new.
