Roleplaying Games
Description
Description:

Join us for an exciting week of tabletop role-playing with the classic roleplaying game, GURPS.

Our middle-school cohort will learn to play the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game, a version of the game tailored to D&D-style fantasy adventures. Become a chivalrous knight, brash swashbuckler, mysterious sorceress, or devious thief (or just about anything else you dream up) overcoming challenges using your imagination, your character’s abilities, and the luck of the dice.

Our high school cohort will learn the advanced rules that support characters in any genre: pulp action heroes, modern monster hunters, post-apocalyptic survivors, starship pilots, superheroes, or time-traveling dimension hoppers… to name a few!

During this week-long workshop, you will learn how to play the game, create unique characters, and take on the role of Game Master, developing exciting adventures for your friends. Whether you've never played before or consider yourself a master storyteller, everyone is welcome!
