[Application] Junior Instructor Program
Description
The majority of our staff comes directly from our programing. Engrained with the values that give us a sense of place that isn't necessarily found in other sailing programs. If students are safe, and having fun, learning comes easily. As an accredited US Sailing Community Sailing Center, our staff proudly meets strict training requirements in both safety and instruction.

Junior instruction opportunities allow us to create a direct pathway to help our sailors become instructors. Be ready, stay engaged, and step into a paid role faster and with confidence.
