We collect health information from campers and staff to ensure their safety and well-being during their stay at camp. Directory information, such as a camper’s or staff’s name on their badge, may be disclosed to third parties, such as Planned Parenthood, when they interact with campers in the operation of camp. We may share media from our camp sessions on social media, our website, and other places, which may include camper or staff first names. We may share camper and staff personal data with our parent organization, Camp Quest, Inc. Otherwise, we do not share camper personal data with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. We may share anonymized aggregate data with third parties as necessary for the operation of camp.


Health information is disclosed only on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Disclosure may occur in situations where it is necessary to protect the health and safety of campers and staff, such as in emergencies or when seeking medical assistance.
