Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given within 29 days of the event start date for family events and within 14 days for individual retreats. Event registrations are directly tied to specific families or individuals and not transferable to another. Available lodging is released first to those on the AFC managed waiting list.

Note: Meal plans that are paid for separately from lodging and registration are 100% refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the event, after which they are not refundable.
