All requests for refunds and cancellations must be submitted via email to Sarah Cloke at sccloke@genevaschool.org
- If your summer plans change, you may switch your child's registration to another camp session based on availability with no change fees. Please note, some camps close registration a week ahead of the start of camp.
- Cancellations made on or before May 12 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per camp.
- Cancellations made after May 12 but more than 2 weeks prior to the start of a camp will receive a 50% refund.
- If you need to cancel (e.g. change of plans or sickness) and are within 2 weeks of your camp start date, we are not unable to issue a refund but we will convert your camp fee to a donation to The Geneva School.
- If Geneva cancels a camp, a full refund will be given.
- Changes may be made to Lunch Bunch registrations at any time. If a refund needs to be made, a processing fee of $5 will be charged.
