Refund Policy
Full refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is received on or prior to the published priority registration deadline for the event (typically two weeks prior to the event unless otherwise published). Requests can be made via UltraCamp or in writing to kschlabach@episcopal-ks.org.
Registration fees may be transferred to a NEW registration.
Episcopal Summer Mega Camp has a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Homesickness is not a condition for refund. Should behavior, discipline problems or homesickness affect our work with other participants, or the enjoyment of and safety
at the event, we reserve the right to dismiss, without refund, those participants responsible.
If an event is cancelled by Episcopal Diocese of Kansas for any reason, full refunds will be issued to all paid participants.
