Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us quickly to facilitate accurate housing for an event. Keep in mind that a portion of your fee may be non-refundable, depending on the date of your cancellation.
Time of registration to day prior to start of event: $25 Fee
Day of event or after: Full Registration Fee
