Refund Policy

All tuition payments are refundable, including the $200 registration fee, if camp attendance is canceled by April 1. After that date, the registration fee of $200 is not refundable. In the event that camp attendance needs to be canceled after April 1 on reasons beyond your control (ie., medical reasons, COVID-related restrictions or infections, flight cancellation, etc.), all funds are refundable.

At any time before the camp week, you have the option to cancel enrollment and carry over the tuition payments to the next camp season or switch tuition payments to a donation to Brainy Ridge to provide scholarships for other campers. Any non-Brainy Ridge scholarship funding provided to a camper will automatically be carried over to the next camp season in the event of enrollment cancellation.
