Refund Policy
Cancellation policy:
Summer Programs - All requests for changes or cancellations can be handled through your Ultracamp account. Cancellations made by May 1 will be refunded 100% of workshop tuition. Cancellations between May 2 and May 30 will be refunded 50% of workshop tuition. Please contact Asad Masood (amasood@spa.edu) for help processing any cancellations.
Beyond the Classroom - We are able to refund 100% of the tuition for cancellations prior to two weeks before the program begins. In the two weeks prior to the start of the program we are able to refund 50% of the tuition. Once the program has begun, we are not able to process refunds.
