Refund Policy
Application Fees are non-refundable.
A program fee downpayment is required to reserve a spot for participants in the summer intensive programs (with the exception of noted scholarship recipients). If the reservation needs to be cancelled for any reason, refund will only be allowed if the program is able to fill the slot with another participant. If the spot remains unfilled, refund will not be processed.
The program fees are also refundable if scholarship funding is remitted directly to Empower SCI on the participant’s behalf after the program fee has already been paid.
Once the program starts, no refunds will be processed for the program fee that has been paid. All refunds will be paid within 30 days after the program ends.
