Refund Policy

Cancellations up to 120 calendar days prior to event or camp session will result in the forfeit of the registration deposit.

Cancellation within 120 calendar days prior to the beginning of a retreat event regardless of the contract signing, will result in a 50% charge of the guarantee minimum and forfeiture of the deposit.
