Refund Policy
SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAMS
Cancelling 2 weeks before the class begins will result in a refund of 90%. 10% of your enrollment cost in non-refundable.
Within 2 weeks of the class, no refunds will be issued.
Registrations may be transferred to another session when enrollment space is available at no cost.

TUTORING
A full refund will be issued for a cancellation made before 48 hours of the session.
A 50% refund will be issued for a cancellation within 48 hours of the session.

SUMMER PROGRAMS
Cancelling 4 weeks before the session begins will result in a refund of 80%. 20% of your enrollment cost in non-refundable. Transferring enrollment can be done at no cost at this point.

Within 4 weeks of the camp start date, no refunds will be issued. Registrations may be transferred to another session when enrollment space is available. All session transfers are subject to a $10 transfer fee. No refunds will be given if your child leaves camp early or arrives late for any reason. Individual camp days cannot be refunded or transferred.

We enact firm refund policies due to the fact that materials, venues, and staffing costs must be determined in advance. Changes to enrollment have a ripple effect and we do not want overbooking to have a negative impact on our campers.
