Refund Policy
Your refundable registration deposit must be paid in order to register. After your child successfully completes their program your deposit will be returned. Deposits can be paid with a credit/debit card or ACH account online, or with cash or check in person. If you are unable to pay the deposit, call our office to make other arrangements. Please see Attendance Policy below for more details on eligible deposit refunds.

Due to the progressive nature of our programs, it is expected that your child attends every day of the program they’re registered for. If a deposit is required, your child may only have ONE excused absence in order to qualify for a deposit refund. If your child is not present on the first or second day of Day Camps they will not be able to attend without approval from the Day Camps Manager. Approval will be granted based on the communication received from the guardians and whether or not the programming allows for late additions.

For summer camps, cancellations made prior to June 1 will be eligible for a refunded deposit. If you experience an unforeseen conflict after the cancellation deadline, please contact PEAK Initiative immediately.

Cancellations the week before ANY program starts or no shows may affect future program eligibility, ability to waive future program deposits, or access to specialty programs like Bike Camp and Family Camp. If you experience an unforeseen conflict after the cancellation deadline, please contact PEAK Initiative immediately. If your child is a no show on the first day of any Milwaukee-based programming, their spot will be given to a child on the wait list.
