Refund Policy

All reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due at the time of the reservation. In case of cancellation, all refund requests must be submitted by email to campsacramento@cityofsacramento.org.

Reservation cancellations 4 weeks prior to session start will be eligible for full refund of all fees paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).

Reservation cancellations two weeks prior to session start will be eligible for a 50% refund of all fees paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).

Reservation cancellations less the two weeks to the session start will not be eligible for a refund.
