Refund Policy
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
A full refund (registration fee, including deposit) is available if you cancel your child's registration prior to April 1. After April 1st the deposit is non-refundable.
Registrations cancelled between April 2 - 30 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Registrations cancelled between May 1 - 31 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
We are not able to give refunds for cancellations after June 1.
Events Refund Policy:
A full refund is available for cancellations made two weeks or more prior to an event or booking. Any cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the event or booking are not eligible for a refund.
Open Camping Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 8 or more days before a booking are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made 7 days or less before a booking are not eligible for a refund.
