Refund Policy

Cedarbrook Camp Mid-Atlantic offers camper protection insurance from a 3rd party vendor as an option for you to purchase. Any refunds covered by the insurance policy will be subject to their terms and conditions and will supersede any refund policy offered by Cedarbrook Camp Mid-Atlantic. You will have the option to select the camper protection insurance as part of the registration process and will be able to review their terms and conditions.

Cedarbrook Camp Mid-Atlantic will refund 50% of the total cost of registration. There will be an additional $50 processing fee.

After May 1, 2024 all fees are non-refundable.
