Refund Policy
GAN ISRAEL SUMMER PROGRAM
Full payment is due at registration. There will be no deductions or refund of any funds paid for tuition and/or fees for any reason, in any case.
SHALOH HOUSE JEWISH DAY SCHOOL
Application and Registration Fees are non-refundable
Every child is enrolled for the entire school year. We plan and budget for your child’s attendance.
ILLNESSES, VACATIONS AND SCHOOL CLOSINGS
The school does not issue refunds or credits in the event your child is absent due to illness, or family vacations. Please see the school calendar to note when we are closed for holidays and other observances, and make your family plans accordingly. The school does not issue refunds due to snow days, emergencies or other unexpected closings.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL – ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & K-SR
After September 1 of the school year, if you choose to withdraw your child from the Day School, you are responsible for 30% of the tuition for the remainder of the school year. The registration and supply fees are non-refundable.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL – TODDLER, PRE-SCHOOL, K-JR
-If you choose to remove your child from the school after the registration, the first month’s tuition is non-refundable.
-If you choose to remove your child from the school after October 1, but before December 1 of the school year, you will be charged tuition for the number of weeks your child has attended. Of the remaining tuition, all but 10% will be refunded.
-If you choose to remove your child from the school any time after December 1 of the school year, you will be charged tuition for the number of months your child has attended. Of the remaining tuition, all but 30% will be refunded. The registration and supply fees are non-refundable.
