Refund Policy
If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
May 1, 2024 (or earlier). Partial and Full cancellations on or prior to this date are permitted at no charge ($35 non-refundable registration fee excluded).There are no refunds after May 1.
April 1 through June 1, 2024: We will issue you a credit only** for all tuition fees paid for full or partial cancellations ($35 non-refundable registration fee excluded), valid through the 2025 camp season. Your credit is transferable to any family member or friends and may be used for any camp program.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or credits will be given out after June 1, 2024, regardless of your registration date, vacation, dismissal for behavior, or illness.
CHANGES IN ENROLLMENT
Starting on May 1, 2024 (or later): Changes in enrollment are based on availability, and that do not involve a reduction in weeks.
NO SHOWS/ILLNESS
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session (for any reason, including summer school or vacation) , will not receive a refund or credit.
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness, will not receive a refund or credit for days or weeks missed.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for changes, withdrawals, dismissals (ex. behavioral) after June 17, 2024.
