Refund Policy
Camp registrations are not refundable. Fees for youth camps and Family Camp can be refunded at the discretion of the Camp Director and/or the camp's Finance Committee.
In the event of a cancellation, a camper's registration fee is transferable to another account. Arrangements for this must be made at least 24 hours before the cancelled camp begins.
In the event of an emergency whereby a camper must leave the premises, a portion of the camper fee can be refunded as request is made known to the camp within 30 days of the departure.
Campers who are dismissed from the premises will not be issued any refund from their registration or camp fees.
