Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy
for Registrations
Registration fees are non-refundable unless COVID 19 forces closure of the camp, then a refund will be processed to the individual that paid for the camp fees. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance at a camp, retreat or event, a registration is transferable to another camp week or event hosted by Mission Creek Camp and Retreat Center, Inc. its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns so long as registrant provides us with at least 48 hours written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. Your rescheduled camp week, retreat or event must take place within one (1) year from the original camp week, retreat or event date. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with Mission Creek Camp and Retreat Center, Inc. in the value of the dollar amount paid for the original registration.
Sale or transfer of camp week, retreat or events or credits is not permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a camp week, retreat or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a camp week, retreat or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed camp week, retreat or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed camp week, retreat or event shall be applicable to the rescheduled camp week, retreat or event on a dollar for dollar basis only. In the event Mission Creek Camp & Retreat Center, Inc. elects not to reschedule the cancelled camp, retreat or event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Mission Creek Camp & Retreat Center, Inc. is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Camp week, retreat or event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Mission Creek Camp & Retreat Center, Inc. reserves the right to change any and all instructors/counselors for each camp week, retreat or event without notice
You will receive a camp week, retreat or event Letter VIA EMAIL at least two weeks before the scheduled dates of your camp week, retreat or event. If you have not received it by two weeks before the scheduled dates of your camp week, retreat or event, please contact the office at +1 785-256-5357 or email admin@missioncreekcamp.org.
