Camp Kudzu Refund Policy

Camp Kudzu strives to meet our families where they are. We do understand that emergencies happen and for that reason, our
refund policy is as follows:

- Campers who cancel one month or more from the start of the camp program will receive a full refund, less the deposit for the camp program.
- Campers who cancel 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp program will receive a half refund, less the deposit for the camp program.
- Campers who cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the camp program are not eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Camp Kudzu will make every effort to work with you should a need to cancel your reservation for a program arise. Please reach out to Mandy Conroy at registration@campkudzu.org if you have any questions about refunds, cancellations, or general camp registration.

Camp Kudzu Cancellation Policy

For any reservation in which the deposit has not been paid 30 days prior to the session start date is subject to cancellation. In this event every effort will be made to contact the primary contact on the account via email and phone prior to cancellation, but if contact
is not made the reservation may be cancelled.
