REFUND POLICY
SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAMS: (August to June)
Parent Child, Playschool, Outdoor Afterschool, Homeschool Programs
Cancellation requests received less than eight weeks prior to the program start date are not eligible for a refund. Transfers or credits are not available. To cancel your enrollment, email ap@connollyranch.org.
If a parent/family withdraws their child eight weeks or less before the program start date or during the program for any reason, the family’s financial obligation will end if/when their child’s spot can be filled or when the program ends, whichever comes first.
Parent Child classes are non-refundable.
SCHOOL BREAK CAMPS: (August to June)
Short & One-Day Camps, Thanksgiving Break Camp, Winter Break Camp, Spring Break Camp
School Break Camps that run for one week or less, are non-refundable.
SUMMER CAMP: (June to August)
The refund deadline for Summer Camp is April 1st, for all sessions. Enrollments added from the waitlist are non-refundable. Transfers or credits are not available. To cancel your enrollment, email amy@connollyranch.org.
NOTE:
For any behavior of the child which, in the sole judgement of CREC presents a risk of harm to other children or adults, or for any behavior of a parent or guardian, in the sole judgement of CREC presents a risk of harm to persons or a risk of disruption of school operations, a child may be dismissed from the program without prior notice. If this occurs, any unused prepaid tuition will be refunded.
