Refund Policy
Most of the costs of summer camp are incurred well in advance of the summer session. Program costs that are incurred in advance of opening the camp include purchasing of supplies, equipment, and hiring of personnel based on confirmed camper reservations.

All deposits are refundable until April 1, with written notification. After that date there will be no refunds on deposits. The balance of the camp fee is due April 1. The balance of the fee is only refundable with a written statement from a doctor no later than five (5) days prior to the opening date of the session. All refund requests must be in writing.

From the five days prior to the opening day of the session and including any attendance once the session has started, there is no refund. There is no reduction in the fee for late arrival or early departure. If your child cannot participate in SCUBA for medical reasons but can participate in other camp activities, prorated SCUBA fees will be eligible for a refund; however, the balance of the camp fee is not refundable.

Seacamp anticipates that campers will follow camp policies. We reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose action, behavior, attitude, or influence is unsatisfactory or, is in the opinion of the Camp Director, not in the best interest of the camp. In the event of such dismissal, there shall be no refund of any part of the camp fee. Parents will be responsible for any extra costs incurred, such as but not limited to, travel and chaperone arrangements. The Camp Director may make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
