Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so on your Ultracamp account by going to your sailor’s Reservations Tab, then clicking the Selected Session. The fees paid for a cancelled reservation will remain in your account as a credit. If you request, this credit may be refunded (less a small amount for Ultracamp's registration and credit card fees) provided that we can fill your spot with another sailor from the waiting list. If you don’t see a transaction showing a credit issued back onto you credit card within a week or so, please email us to make sure it gets processed.
If Sail Orcas needs to cancel a session or portion of a session due to COVID or illness, registration fees for the cancelled portions of that session shall be refunded.
Daily classes that are moved on-shore due to weather or other safety reasons will not be refunded. Curriculum will be changed to an on-shore sailing curriculum.
