Refund Policy
All camp cancellations and/or refund requests must be made through the UltraCamp website. Once cancellation or adjustment requests are submitted by guardians, the Camp Coordinator will approve or deny them based upon availability and Camp policies.
Refunds/credits will be issued as follows:
Cancellations less than two weeks in advance will not receive a refund.
A full refund (less the non-refundable amount) will be issued if the request is submitted prior to May 31st.
A 50% refund will be issued if the request is received after May 31st, but at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp session.
All Cancellations and date changes must be done prior to the billing cycle charge date for the session.
