Refund Policy
Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
Please help us by canceling your reservation through email as soon as you know your camper will not be in attendance. With all camps, our commitment to securing field trip sites, supplies, food for overnights and guest presenters are scheduled well before camp begins. We are always willing to help you adjust your reservation. This also provides us with a more accurate attendance number. Please call our office during business hours with any questions.

Cancellation requests must be made fourteen (14) calendar days before the camp start day (always falling on a Monday), in order to receive a full refund for the canceled camp week. Please note: this does not include the $50 non-refundable registration fee. Cancellations made within the fourteen (14) day time period will not be eligible for a full refund. You may, however, negotiate a credit to your camp account if you call our office directly.

No credit or refunds will be provided if you cancel within seven (7) business days of the purchased camp start date. *Registration fees cannot be applied towards a credit.

Breakdown:
Cancellation requests 14 days before first day of program = full refund minus $50 registration fee
Cancellation requests within 14 days of the first day of program = negotiable credit towards future programs with The Nature Connection. Registration fees cannot be applied towards a credit
Cancellation requests within 7 days before the first day of program = no credit or refunds
