WSA Whispering Trails Summer Camps (2024):
• Registration Open - March 27th:
---You are able to cancel your camp reservation independently through the ‘Reservation’ section of your account
---Your account will be refunded all payments made (minus non-refundable deposit of $50)
• March 27th - July 1st:
---You are able to cancel your camp reservation independently through the ‘Reservation’ section of your account
---Your account will be refunded all payments made (minus non-refundable deposit of $50, as well as a $50 administration fee)
• After July 1st:
---You will need to reach out to our WSA Camp Leadership Team (SummerCamp@williams-syndrome.org) to assist with your cancellation
---Your account will be refunded all payments made (minus non-refundable deposit of $50, as well as a $50 administration fee) only if we are able to fill your spot. Otherwise, the full cost of your camp registration will be forfeit.
WSA Adventure Seekers Plus One Trip (2024)
• Registration Open - Sept 10th:
---You are able to cancel your reservation independently through the ‘Reservation’ section of your account
---Your account will be refunded all payments made
• After Sept 10th:
---No refunds will be available
