Refund Policy
Lone Star Camp Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than six weeks before the start of camp will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable registration fee of $50. Cancellations between five and two weeks before camp will receive a 50% refund of the total camp fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the start of camp, except in cases of documented medical emergencies with a physician's note, which may be considered for a partial refund at the camp director's discretion.
