Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the camper’s reservation, for both day and overnight camps. The balance of the tuition and fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the start of the Camp session to guarantee this placement.
Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the start of the Camp session to receive a refund of the balance minus the deposit. No refunds will be granted for children who are sent home for misbehavior, misuse of cell phone, homesickness, violating the Camp’s Code of Conduct, or other reasons beyond the Camp’s control.
Since camp sessions cannot be filled mid-week, no per-diem rate is available for late-arriving or early-departing campers. Most sessions fill to capacity, therefore balances left unpaid two weeks prior to a session’s start may result in the cancellation of a reservation and its re-assignment to another camper
