Refund Policy

Camp Session Refund Policy
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due with registration to secure registration for each camp session. For cancellations made before the camp session begins the camp fees minus the $50.00 deposit will be returned.

Guest Group and Facility Reservation Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by Licensee, Licensee will be released from payment if the Guaranteed Minimum fee provided Bethelwoods Camp receives written notice of the termination no later than 90 days prior to the event or Bethelwoods Camp re-licenses that same facilities for the same period of time at the same fee. If cancellation is within 90 days of the event Licensee is expected to pay the full amount of bill for contracted number.
