Refund Policy
PAYMENT PLAN: Prior to February 1, a refundable reservation deposit of $750. is due with this application. A second payment of $1000. is due February 1. After February 1, a reservation deposit of $1750. is due with this application. For Clinic Week and Rookie Week: Prior to February 1, a reservation deposit of $300. is due with this application. A Second payment of $300. is due February 1. After February 1, a reservation deposit of $600. is due with this application.
Wire Transfers are easily done. Contact us for our bank and routing number. All balances are to be paid in full by April 1. All payments must be in U.S. funds and made payable to Camp Farwell, Ltd.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY: In the event of early withdrawal or departure from Camp due to illness or injury, or a condition which cannot in the opinion of the Directors of the camp be adequately or suitably addressed at the camp, Parents may request that full credit of the remaining tuition be applied to the following summer, or that one-half of the remaining tuition be refunded so the financial loss is shared equally between the camp and the parents. Families who would like more coverage may wish to consider a camp tuition insurance policy. Just google 'camp tuition insurance' for options. Due to fixed costs and expenditures based on definite enrollment and dates, no other refunds, credits or reductions will be made whether for entering late, or withdrawing early, or otherwise. The Directors reserve the right to dismiss with no refund any camper whose influence or actions are deemed harmful, or who violates the rules and the policies of the Camp.
