Refund Policy
Full Refund: The total amount paid will be refunded (including the deposit) only if:
- A selected camp session is full and no alternative can be found.
- The financial assistance amount requested is not fully granted and you are unable to pay the remaining balance.
Partial refund: The camp fee, less the deposit ($75), will be refunded only if:
- The camper does not attend due to illness or injury occurring at camp. Refunds are prorated in such cases and will not be made if the camper attends more than half of the camp session. This refund will only be made at the written (emailed) request of the parent/guardian within 30 days of the end of the camp session.
- Family plans change and the camper can no longer attend. In this case, written cancellation must be received six weeks before the opening date of the confirmed session.
