REFUND POLICY
Oregon Camp Cedarbrook knows that even the best-laid plans may change. We will make every effort to work with you when your plans must change. However, cancellations result in a loss to OCC due to expenses we have paid on behalf of your camper such as room, board, and supplies. Also, cancellations often deprive other children the opportunity of coming to camp.
The refund policy is as follows:
The non-refundable deposit is non-transferrable. Other registration fees are always transferable, prior to the camp, to a previously unregistered guest.

Registrations canceled on or before June 5th will not be assessed a cancellation fee, and you will be refunded all but the non-refundable deposit. Registrations canceled from June 6th thru June 10th will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee, on top of the non-refundable deposit.
Registrations canceled after June 10th are non-refundable.
All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing (email registrar@oregoncampcedarbrook.com, postal service or fax) and received by OCC no later than June 10th of the current camp year.
