Refund Policy
Due to the overwhelming interest in attending Indian Trails Camp but with limited space available, it is often necessary to create a waiting list for campers who wish to attend our programs. Therefore we request that you notify Indian Trails Camp immediately if you wish to cancel a session. This enables us to give other campers a chance to experience the magic of Indian Trails Camp!

> In general, refunds will be given for the session fee less the $100
> deposit. However, in the event that a camper:
>
> 1) arrives late or leaves the session early due to behavioral issues
> or camper's request, no fees will be refunded.

> 2) does not attend the scheduled session due to illness, injury, or
> other circumstances, the session fee less the $100 deposit will be
> refunded upon approval from the Executive Director.
>
> 3) leaves the session early due to illness, injury, or other
> circumstances will receive a prorated refund less the $100 deposit
> upon approval from the Executive Director.
>
> For those campers whose camp fees are paid via a third party such as
> Community Mental Health, an insurance company or Network 180, billing
> and refunds will be handled based on the number of days attended.
