Refund Policy
Family Camps and Weekend Retreats
An individual or family can cancel at any time. Full refunds are available on any cancellations made at least 30 days before the camp start date (minus the non-refundable deposit). Participants must notify the YMCA email for cancellations. Refunds on cancellations made for any reason within 30 days of the camp start date will be at the discretion of the YMCA. For cancellations after the deadline, deposits and registration fees will not result in a system credit except for unforeseen circumstances and subject to the approval of the supervisor.
Overnight and Day Camping Programs (Camp Orkila, Camp Colman, and BOLD & GOLD)
Cancellations received by May 1 are eligible for a refund of fees less the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations or refund requests received after May 1 (via email) are not eligible for refund or credit. Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed and potentially approved at the discretion of the YMCA. Approved refunds are processed via original payment method. No refunds are granted for campers who are late arrivals, no shows, or who are asked to leave camp early for behavioral issues.
